Film Chamber Guidelines For Movie Shootings; Tollywood Is Back To Sets

Owing to the treacherous month of July for the Telugu Film Industry, the Telugu Film Chamber took the decision of stopping the shooting of films until a suitable solution was found. But thanks to an extraordinary August for Tollywood, the Film Chamber has taken the decision to remove the ban on shootings.

After continuous disasters in the month of July, things looked very bleak for producers, distributors, and exhibitors alike. But, August has been a complete turnaround, leading to massive profits for all the parties involved.

Sita Ramam, Bimbisara, and the recent blockbuster Karthikeya 2 have all restored faith in the industry. The solution was very simple, make good content and entertain the audience. If the audiences are entertained, the film will rake in massive profits at the box office.

The decision to remove the ban on shootings will be effective from September 1st. But, the Film Chamber is accepting emergency proposals from August 25th itself. The emergency proposals will be granted for films with tight deadlines and schedules.

Moreover, all the theatres belonging to Dil Raju, Geetha Arts, UV Creations, and NV Prasad, will not charge any Virtual Printing Fee costs from distributors/exhibitors. Plans are being made to convince the other distributors as well. The final press meet regarding this issue will be held on August 30th.
