ENE Repeat New Poster: The Kanyaraasi Gang Packs Its Bags Again, Cult Classic Sequel Locks November 19 Release

Vishwak Sen and his Gang arrive on November 19th: ENE Repeat

The gang is back, and this time they have packed their bags. The makers of ENE Repeat, the sequel to the cult Telugu film Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, have unveiled a new poster that once again confirms November 19, 2026 as the release date. With just over a month to go, the poster has brought back memories of the original and raised the excitement for what is easily one of the most awaited youth films of the year.

What the Poster Shows

The new poster is bright, fun and full of clues. The four friends are surrounded by a pile of yellow suitcases, travel bags and equipment cases, each with their own look and attitude. One holds a camera on a tripod with headphones around his neck, another clutches a script, while a microphone and gear cases fill the frame.

The props point to a familiar idea from the original film: a group of friends on a trip, trying to make something of their own. The suitcases suggest that the gang is heading out on another journey, and the camera and script hint that filmmaking will once again be at the centre of their story.

The Gang Reunites

ENE Repeat brings back Vishwak Sen, Abhinav Gomatam and Venkatesh Kakumanu, the trio that made the original so memorable, with Srinath Maganti joining the gang for the sequel. Tharun Bhascker returns as writer and director, with Vivek Sagar back on music.

For fans, the return of the same team is the biggest reason for excitement. The original’s charm came from the natural chemistry between the friends, Tharun Bhascker’s honest writing and Vivek Sagar’s music, and all of that is back for the sequel.

From Small Film to Cult Classic

Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi released in 2018 as a small film about four friends and their dream of making a short film. It became a hit on release, but its real success came later. Over the years, the film grew into a cult classic, especially among the youth, with its dialogues, memes and the Friendship song becoming part of pop culture.

The film’s popularity was clear when it was re-released on its fifth anniversary in 2023 and drew a phenomenal response in theatres. The makers announced the sequel’s release date on the original’s eighth anniversary earlier this year, with a video set to the Friendship anthem.

All Set for November 19

ENE Repeat is produced by Srujan Yarabolu and Sandeep Nagireddy under S Originals and Rootnode Cinema, with AJ Aaron handling cinematography and Raviteja Girijala on editing.

With the poster now out and the release a month away, promotions are expected to pick up soon. If the sequel captures even half the magic of the original, ENE Repeat could turn into one of the biggest youth entertainers of the year.
