Dulquer Salmaan‘s upcoming gambling action thriller I’m Game has been postponed by two weeks. The I’m Game release, originally scheduled for August 20, has been moved to September 3, 2026.
Directed by Nahas Hidayath, whose previous film RDX was a massive blockbuster in Malayalam cinema, I’m Game was among the most eagerly awaited releases this month. Speculation about the postponement had been making rounds for the past few days, which Dulquer Salmaan has now officially confirmed.
Official Confirmation from Dulquer
Through an official statement on Instagram, Dulquer announced that I’m Game would no longer release on August 20. While apologizing to his fans for the delay, he confirmed that the action thriller is now set for a September 3 theatrical release.
The actor-producer explained that the decision was taken to ensure a simultaneous multilingual release, promising audiences an amazing cinematic experience. The two-week delay will allow the team to ensure the film releases across all languages on the same day.
I’m Game features music composed by Jakes Bejoy and is produced by Dulquer Salmaan under his production banner.
