Pradeep Ranganathan’s third film as a hero, Dude, has performed exceptionally well at the box office in its first week, and it has also become the career-best first-week grosser for the actor-turned-director.

Overall, Pradeep Ranganathan’s Dude has collected 90 Cr gross in the first week, and it is expected to join the 100 Cr club at the worldwide box office by tomorrow.
This is the biggest first week for Pradeep, as his previous highest, Dragon, collected around 75 Cr gross in its first week, while Dude, with 90 Cr gross, has a good lead.
Dragon had an excellent long run in theaters and took the final gross to 150 Cr. It remains to be seen how Dude holds in its second weekend and whether it can target Dragon’s full run.
