After failing to make an impact at the box office during its theatrical release in April, Dhanush’s latest heist thriller Kara has now arrived on Netflix, hoping to find a better response from audiences. Why Kara Struggled in Theatres
Despite generating curiosity before release, Kara struggled to leave a strong mark commercially. Many viewers felt that the slow-paced narration and screenplay failed to keep them fully engaged, which affected the film’s theatrical run.

The film also stars Mamitha Baiju, who became popular with Premalu. While her chemistry with Dhanush received positive feedback, many felt that her character did not get enough scope to perform.
