Jr. NTR’s Devara: Part One has been on a rampage at the overseas box office. The USA territory in particular has smashed a staggering one-million-dollar pre-sales even before the film’s trailer was unveiled. The number currently stands at an impressive $1.35 million.
Looking at this scenario, trade predicted Devara to surpass the premiere figures of Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD ($3.9 million). But that is very unlikely to happen since the film’s theatrical trailer has been a misfire, to say the least.
In spite of that, the Koratala Siva-directorial is expected to get past the $3 million mark, thus emerging as the third Telugu film to do after S. S. Rajamouli’s RRR (2022) and Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD. Stay tuned for more such exciting updates.
