Devara starring NTR has finally released today amid big fanfare and expectations. The film started the euphoria from the midnight shows itself. Reviews coming in from the early shows indicated that the film achieved a decent talk. Devara’s success meant necessary not only for NTR and Koratala Siva but also for Rajamouli because of a funny curse his lead actors suffer after doing his film. Now, Devara looks like breaking the Rajamouli curse.
The word of mouth and review from the early shows was above average to decent, as said. This talk is enough for the film to attain a hit status gradually. The advance bookings have already dominted with a big number. But this is also too early to predict as family audience judgement is final. If they start liking the film then there will be no stopping for Devara. And this will also be a good opportunity for NTR or any other Actor to come out of the Rajamouli curse. The Director’s son, SS Karthikeya too mentioned about Devara coming out of the curse.
Devara is evidently off to a sensational start in Telugu version worldwide. But the film’s performance looks very ordinary in other languages’ market. The film’s fate will be decided by today’s evening both in Telugu and other languages’ prospects.
