Talking about the numbers, Devara is expected to mint INR 75 crore from Telugu states alone. On the other hand, the overseas numbers stand at INR 40 crore. The film registered high footfalls in the state of Karnataka, and even in the Hindi belt, the bookings saw a surge indicating that the the positive word-of-mouth came into play.
Overall, Devara’s first-day worldwide collections stand at a staggering INR 135 crore, thus emerging as the fifth bigger opener of Telugu cinema, only behind RRR, Bahubali: The Conclusion, Kalki: 2898 AD, and Salaar: Part One: Ceasefire. Stay tuned for more updates.
