The film, Sam Bahadur has collected in the around$1.75M Overseas, while in India with today it will cross the 75Cr net mark. The total gross is more than 90Cr in India, which means it has crossed the 100Cr mark worldwide and by the end of the day it will gather more than 105Cr collection worldwide, which is an excellent achievement.
Directed by Meghana Gulzar, the film, Sam Bahadur is a Biopic of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. In addition to Vicky playing Sam Manekshaw, the film also features Sanya Malhotra as his wife, and Fatima Sana Shaikh portrays former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Critics have given the film mixed reviews, upon its release, but the performance of Vicky Kaushal received praise from all section of audiences and critics. It’s fascinating to see Sam Bahadur perform well at the box office, competing with Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
