It is also being said that the story of the movie also needs a young lead pair and the latest sensational actress Sree Leela said to be almost confirmed and to act in her opposite role young hero, DJ Tillu fame Siddhu Jonnalagadda is in consideration. A senior actress is in talks to act opposite Chiranjeevi.

Bro Daddy tells us the story of John Kattadi (Mohanlal) and Annamma (Meena), a couple who are madly in love even after several decades of their marriage. Their son Eesho (Prithviraj Sukumaran) works in the advertising sector in Bengaluru. Eesho is in a live-in relationship with Anna (Kalyani Priyadarshan) in Bengaluru and Anna gets pregnant, which is not known to their parents. How they both share it with their respective families and how they end up marrying each other form the rest of the story.
