Chhaava starring Vicky Kaushal is taking the box office on a storm. The film has rocked the theatres since its release with a unanimous positive response and word of mouth. No, it has collected more than 20 crore Nett in its 3rd Saurday beating the record held by Pushpa 2 of 18 crores on Third Saturday.
On its Third Friday, Chhaava has collected an All Time Record and even on the Third Saturday, it created another All Time Record. It has also crossed the 400 crore Nett mark and today has also promised another record 3rd Sunday performance. Chhaava also becomes the 9th film to cross 400 crore Nett in India and 6th Bollywood film to have achieved this.
At this pace, Chhaava will definitely go beyond 500 crores and whether it will reach 550 crores range depends on its long run. The film needs two more strong weekend performances to sail over this record. There is, however, Stree 2 which has collected more than 600 crores and we need to see how close Chhaava would come close to this number. Chhaava has also catapulted the career of Vicky Kaushal, making him the big thing currently in Bollywood.
