A case has been filed on Tollywood Actor Venkatesh and his brother Producer Suresh Babu today. A person named Nandakumar approached the Nampally Court alleging that the Tollywood personalities had allegedly trespassed and grabbed his property located at Jubilee Hills.
The case has been filed under 448, 452, 458 r/w 120 B of IPC. The police will also be investigating the case following the court’s order. This is really very interesting for Tollywood celebrities to face legal cases in recent times. Nagarjuna too faced the same situation with the Telangana Government demolishing his N Convention center followed by Allu Arjun who was even jailed for a stampede incident during his Pushpa 2 premiere.
Now, it’s the turn of the Daggubati brothers to face the case. It needs to be seen how the duo would approach this scenario. On the other hand, the Actor’s Sankrantiki Vasthunam is slated for release on 14th January worldwide.
