Online trolling between fans of Telugu film stars is quite common, but sometimes it crosses the line. In a recent incident, a police case has been filed against individuals who shared morphed photos of actor NTR on social media.
Nandipati Murali, a fan of NTR (also known as Tarak), lodged a complaint with the Hyderabad Police, reporting the offensive posts. He expressed his gratitude to Hyderabad Commissioner of Police, Mr. V.C. Sajjanar, IPS, and the entire police department for their quick response and assurance to take strict action against those responsible for creating and sharing such objectionable content.
With the easy access to mobile phones and social media, some people misuse these platforms, believing they can post anything without consequences.
Let’s hope the Hyderabad Police and concerned authorities take strong action to stop such harmful trolling and ensure a safer online space in the future.
