Brahmanandam Clears a Big Misunderstanding

Responding to the controversy, Brahmanandam released a video saying, “I have known Dayanna (Errabelli) for 30 years. We are very good friends. With that friendly rapport, I playfully said ‘wait’ and went inside. But some people portrayed it as if I pushed him. We both spoke afterwards, and when we saw the video this morning, we laughed about it.”

A video of popular comedian Brahmanandam appearing to push former minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao has gone viral on social media. With the video sparking widespread discussion, Brahmanandam released a clarification video to explain what actually happened.

Brahmanandam attended the Mohan Babu Cinema Swarnotsava celebrations held in Hyderabad. Since he was running late to the event, he hurried towards the venue entrance. At the same moment, Errabelli Dayakar Rao approached him asking for a photo together. Brahmanandam, appearing to say “Not now… later,” gently moved him aside and proceeded inside. 

This moment was recorded on video, and it began circulating online with claims that Brahmanandam pushed the former minister.
