Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor signs a film for Netflix

Bollywood Actress Kareena Kapoor on Thursday surprised her fans by sharing a new video together with Netflix, where she revisited her iconic characters of Geet and Poo, from the films ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.’ Soon, she will appear in a new Netflix project. A new video has been released by the actress in collaboration with the OTT giant that gives a tease about the movie.

In the funny video, the actress enacts her iconic characters of Poo and Geet from the films Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Jab We Met, as she questions several people about the potential exciting name for her upcoming project.

Kareena had shared the video with the caption, “It is a secret I can’t wait to tell.” As soon as the actress shared the video, her fans shared many exciting comments. Vijay Varma, who will be collaborating with Kareena for the first time in the Sujoy Ghosh directorial, also shared his thoughts with eye emojis.

Speaking about her OTT debut, Kareena said in a statement, “I am excited to be coming on Netflix with a very special project. After 23 years, this feels like a new launch and I have the jitters of a newcomer! Audiences will see me in a role I have never played before, with a story that is so unique and thrilling. Netflix has always showcased films from different parts of the world in the most authentic manner, backing artists who love what they do and giving them a platform to reach 190 countries! I am looking forward to seeing the viewers react to a role that, I believe, is one of my best.”
