Bhagavanth Kesari release analysis: Bookings, Box office openings and business

Bhagavanth Kesari Box office status and 11 days collections

Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari release will be impacted by competition from Vijay’s Leo and Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao. Due to this, Balayya fans cannot expect a record opening day or even something in the range of Veera Simha Reddy. The combination of Anil Ravipudi and Balakrishna has created a decent buzz and with Balakrishna’s current form the movie has done good business and the booking trend is good as well.

Bhagavanth Kesari business

Starring Balakrishna and Kajal Agarwal in the lead with Sreeleela playing a key role, the movie has been reportedly made on a budget of more than 100Cr. Overall, Bhagavanth Kesari has done around 125Cr business including all rights. Theatrical business is valued at around Rs 70Cr including GST.

Bhagavanth Kesari Advance bookings and openings

The film is expected to be 2nd biggest opener for Balakrishna after Veera Simha Reddy was released for Sankranthi earlier this year. The booking trend is good but it is lagging in the ‘A Centers’ due to competition from Leo. In Nizam, the film is expected to open in the range of 4.5Cr – 5Cr. In Ceeded this figure is expected to be in the range of Rs 3Cr, Coming to Andhra, the opening figures are estimated at Rs 6Cr – 7Cr while the overall Teugu states’ opening is expected in the range of 14Cr – 15Cr.

From overseas, a million-dollar opening is on the cards and overall 19Cr – 20Cr range worldwide openings are projected. This will be the second biggest opener of Balayya’s career.
