Balagam, a rural emotional drama directed by actor-turned-director Venu Yeldandi and produced under Dil Raju’s banner received immense praise and box office success. The couple, Komramma and Mogilaiah from the Warangal district, who sang this song, became popular after the song and film’s success. However, the fans of Balagam were shocked as Balagam Fame Mogilaiah Passes Away.
Mogilayya passed away due to health issues on Thursday morning. The film’s director, Venu Yeldandi, along with the film team and the government, provided financial assistance for Mogilaiah’s medical expenses. Recently, during the Ponnam Sattyya Award function, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar announced that the government would provide a house plot and construct a home for Mogilaiah’s family, as well as cover all medical expenses. Speaker Gaddam Prasad also extended financial support of ₹1 lakh.
