Arjun Das and Anna Ben starrer Con City is all set for its digital debut on Netflix from July 24. After its theatrical release earlier this year, the Tamil crime-comedy will stream in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, bringing director Harish Durairaj’s debut feature to a wider OTT audience.
What Is Con City About?
Con City follows an unusual group of con artists who disguise themselves as an ordinary middle-class family while running a small hotel in Karnataka. Their peaceful life takes a dramatic turn when the differently-abled boy they care for, Jeeva, is kidnapped by a vengeful government official. Left with no other option, the family is forced to pull off one final, high-stakes con while their hidden identities and troubled past slowly come to light.
Directed by debutant Harish Durairaj, the film blends crime, comedy, family drama and suspense into an entertaining heist narrative. The Netflix premiere comes at a time when Tamil content continues to perform strongly on the platform, following successful releases like Youth and Funky.

Con City is written, directed and produced by Harish Durairaj, with Sean Roldan composing the music, Aravind Viswanathan handling cinematography and Arul Moses serving as editor.
