Arabic Kuthu beats Kalaavathi, creates all time South India record

Kollywood Star Vijay’s ‘Arabic Kuthu’ has established a new South Indian record. This lyrical song from his upcoming movie beast has recorded a whopping 25 million + views in just 24 hours making it the most viewed song from South. Arabic Kuthu has now beaten the record of Sarkaru Vaari Paata’s Kalaavathi which brought up 16 million + views in 24 hours. Incidentally, Kalaavathi released just one day before the Vijay song.

The makers of both these movies updated the fans and followers of their massive records. Kalaavathi is a melodious romantic number featuring Mahesh and Keerthy Suresh with soothing visuals. The song received great applause and rave reviews from all sections. Superstar Mahesh Babu’s stylish looks and Sid Sriram’s voice are the biggest plus points of the song. Kalaavathi also created a record of most liked TFI song with 806k likes in 24 hours.

Arabic Kuthu featuring Vijay and Pooja Hegde rolled past this massive record and set the new benchmark. The song’s composer Anirudh Ravichander updated the fans on this achievement. The song has been penned by actor Sivakarthikeyan and features electrifying Arabic tunes and foot-tapping beats.

Both these songs have received great love from music lovers all over the world. Beast is an action thriller directed by Nelson Dileepkumar. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is directed by Parasuram and will release on May 12th.

At the moment Kalaavathi has 21 Million + views while Arabic Kuthu has 27 Million+ views.
