April Disappoints Tollywood with Miserable Results
Notable films like Kalyanram’s Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi and Tamannaahh’s Odela 2 failed at the box office. The audiences showed the least interest in watching these films. Also, Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa, which was set to be released on April 25th, was postponed.
Apart from the above-mentioned films, many small films were also released this month, but they did not show any impact. April disappoints Tollywood as no film crosses double-digit share.
Theater owners have seen their toughest times this April. Normally theater owners await big occupancies during summer, but this April has given them a shock. Now, all the hopes are on May 1 releases, Nani’s HIT 3 and Suriya’s Retro.
