Andhra King Taluka is having an unexpected run at the box office. At first, the film had an average opening in India and witnessed a drop in the numbers on the second day. Now, even the USA collections are not coming as expected, making Ram’s million-dollar target fade.

Looking at Thursday’s numbers, it seemed like Hero Ram was heading for his first million-dollar-mark movie, and he will hit the target this time. The movie also received unanimous positive reviews and a better/suitable genre for USA audiences.
With Ram and Bhagyasri doing the big USA tour, it was easily expected to cross the million-dollar figure. But after Friday’s drop, achieving the million dollars now looks out of reach for Andhra King Taluka.
Even Saturday’s trend isn’t looking great either, and at this pace, the film is likely to finish in the $750K range. While that’s still a good result for the film’s business, Ram Pothineni will have to wait for another movie to achieve his first $1 million film.
