AMB Cinemas, the popular multiplex owned by superstar Mahesh Babu, is expanding from Hyderabad to Bangalore, and the big news is that it will include a Dolby Cinema screen. Known for its luxurious facilities and top-quality movie experience, the multiplex aims to spread its wings.
Movie lovers in Bangalore are excited about this new and modern cinema experience. The multiplex will have nine state-of-the-art screens, including one Dolby Cinema screen with Advanced 4K Laser projection used across all screens.

Four screens will offer Dolby ATMOS sound, while another four will feature Dolby 7.1 sound. Screens 1 and 2 will have a flat design. The aspect ratio for the Dolby Cinema’s scope format is yet to be confirmed.
The Dolby Cinema screen will be 60 feet wide, making it 5 feet larger than the one in Pune and currently the second-largest Dolby Cinema screen in India.
This setup includes dual 4K projectors that support Dolby Vision and Dolby 3D, along with a 64-channel Atmos sound system built for object-based audio. It will be an amazing experience for audiophiles.
Mahesh Babu’s fans are thrilled about AMB Cinemas’ opening in Bangalore with a Dolby Cinema Screen. Interior work is progressing at full speed, and the multiplex is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
