Over the last couple of days, everybody had only one name on their minds- Allu Arjun. The media, fans, and social media were completely occupied with the Icon Star’s arrest and everyone was keenly following the drama that unfolded. No doubt, everyone was relieved and happy that the Pushpa 2 star came back home. But what followed after his return home has surprised many.
Allu Arjun spent one night in jail and definitely support from the industry was expected. But telecasting it all live and making a media show at his residence found criticism from several quarters.
Industry people made a point to visit Allu Arjun personally and express their support and there were cameras ready to capture this moment of solidarity. One of the main criticisms Allu Arjun is facing is that his arrest happened due to a stampede that caused the loss of one life while another child got severely injured.
While he has expressed his support to the affected family such celebrations and public gatherings over a sensitive matter do not send a positive message. There was a mistake on Allu Arjun’s end as well when he attended the premiere which caused the crowd to go out of control. While he isn’t directly responsible for the woman’s death, some restraint and keeping a low profile on this issue is the respectful way to follow.
