Rajinikanth’s Jailer has become one of the most anticipated films of the year. The action thriller is scheduled to be released on worldwide screens on August 10. The makers had arranged an audio event for the film last night ahead of the film release. For the event, superstar Rajinikanth made a grand entry. Thousands of fans who attended the event shouted and gave it an enthusiastic reception.
Rajinikanth talked about the film, and he talked about the alcoholism and its effects on his life. “If there’s no alcohol in life, I would have served the society. Alcoholism is the biggest mistake I did in life. My brother told me you are a King and told don’t drink. If I had not had alcohol in life. Today, whatever I had done, I would have been a much better star and person in life,
I am saying not to avoid it totally. Have alcohol when you have fun. Don’t drink regularly. It will spoil the health and happiness of everyone around you. If you drink, your whole life will be a problem. Your parents, your family, and everyone will suffer because of it. Don’t drink” said Rajinikanth.
The film has been certified as U/A by the censor board, which ensures that it is suitable for all audiences above the age of 12. Furthermore, the film’s runtime has been revealed to be two hours and forty-eight minutes, which gives a hint that it will be an intense action ride.
Rajinikanth portrays the powerful role of Muthuvel Pandian, the central character around whom the story revolves, in Jailer. Tamannaah Bhatia, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Mohanlal, and Yogi Babu are a part of the stellar cast members in the film. The film is Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures.
