Akkineni Akhil’s Agent was scheduled to release on 12th August. But now it seems difficult to release on the announced date. There are lot of factors for the possible postponement. The shooting got delayed and the first planned release postponed due to pandemic. And there are few gaps in between the shooting days as Akhil got injured during the shoot. So the film is unable to complete as per the schedule.
Director Surender Reddy promises Agent to be a stylish action flick. Agent is going to be the first pan India film for Akkineni’s family. In fact as per the reports there are even few reshoots that caused the delay. So makers feel that it is better to postpone the film as they want to deliver only the best outcome. Hence the wait continues for few more months for Akhil fans. The team might now look for Dussera or Diwali release.
Agent also stars Malayalam star Mammootty. The first look posters and the stylish look of Akhil impressed Akhil fans. So Akhil who is yet to deliver a solid block buster have a lot of hopes on Agent. So let’s wait for some more time.
