Adivi Sesh's MAJOR Postponed Due To COVID-19

Adivi Sesh’s MAJOR is the latest movie to be postponed due to the COVID-19 situation in India. MAJOR is a biopic, based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, a brave soldier who put his life on the line on the unfortunate night of the attacks of 26/11.

The makers of the film made it very clear in their announcement that, MAJOR belongs to India and will release only in theatres.”Given the situation in the country at the moment, and the various restrictions in parts of the country, the film stands postponed”, the makers added.

The film is releasing in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam. The movie was originally scheduled to release on February 11th, 2022, but currently stands postponed. MAJOR has all the potential to be yet another cult classic war film from India. Earlier in 2021, we witnessed the terrific Shershaah.

The film also stars Saiee Manjrekar, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, and Revathi in prominent roles. Adivi Sesh has written the story as well as the screenplay for the film. Sashi Kiran Tikka is the director of the movie. Mahesh Babu is producing the film under GMB Entertainments. Sri Charan Pakala is the music director of the film.
