Venkatesh and Trivikram’s Aadarsha Kutumbam will finally get a locked release date next week. Producer Naga Vamsi has promised that the date will not change again once it’s announced.
Speaking at the Jailer 2 success meet, Naga Vamsi gave a clear update on the film.
“There’s no chance of the release date changing this time,” he said. “We’re planning the trailer launch on the 21st or 22nd. On the same day, we’ll have Venkatesh garu announce the release date.”
Trailer and Date on the Same Day
So fans get a double treat next week. The trailer will launch on October 21 or 22, and Venkatesh will reveal the release date at the same event.
October 30 or November 13?
The confusion around the date has been going on for a while. The makers had earlier informed distributors that the film would release on October 30.
But recently, there’s been strong talk that the film could move to November 13. With Naga Vamsi saying the date “won’t change this time”, it’s clear the team wants to end the confusion once and for all.
Which of the two dates it will be is now the big question. The answer comes with the trailer.
Why the Date Matters
Venkatesh is coming off a big run with family entertainers, and Trivikram’s films have always had strong appeal with family audiences. A Venkatesh and Trivikram combination has huge expectations in the Telugu states.
The right release window can make a big difference. Jailer 2 is currently ruling the box office, and the Diwali window brings Ramayana and other big films. Picking a clean date will be key for the film’s opening.
All Eyes on Next Week
Naga Vamsi’s words have given fans some clarity. Now, everything depends on the trailer launch and the date Venkatesh announces.
