Dharma Productions is one of the biggest Production houses of Bollywood owned by Karan Johar. The Production House has also collaborated with many reputed films in the recent past years as well. Now, Dharma Productions has collaborated with Serene Productions owned by Adar Poonawalla where he will be investing an amount of 1000 crores.
Adar Poonawalla will own a 50% stake in Dharma Productions with this pact which will take the total investment value to 2000 crores. Talking about the partnership, Poonawalla said that he was delighted to have had the opportunity to partner with one of the most iconic production houses in the nation. He also hoped to build and grow Dharma Productions and also scale even greater heights in the years to come.
Karan Johar also expressed his happiness over the collaboration. He said, “Today, we join the forces wih Adar, a close friend and an exceptional visionary and innovator, we’re poised to elevate Dharma’s legacy to new heights. This partnership represents a perfect blend of our emotional storytelling prowess and forward-thinking business strategies.”
