Yes, Hindi actor Aamir Khan will share screenspace with ‘Super Star’ Rajinikanth in Coolie, an action drama helmed by ace filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. Multiple sources confirmed that the Ghajini actor will have a cameo appearance in the film.
As Kanagaraj had already mentioned, Coolie’s casting choices have continuously made headlines across film industries. Akkineni Nagarjuna was initially considered to play the baddie, but for reasons unknown, Kannada actor Upendra bagged the role.
For those unaware, Coolie is a standolone film and not part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). Sun Pictures is bankrolling this film on a big budget that is currently being shot in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. It also features Amitabh Bachchan, Shruti Hassan, and Rana Daggubati in supporting roles.
